OCTOBER 2016 | Catalan Pianist María Canyigueral Wins Two Medals at Global Music Awards for Granados Recording

The Catalan pianist María Canyigueral has been awarded two prizes at the Global Music Awards with violinist Lana Trotovsek for their latest album on Hedne Records, featuring Granados' Violin Sonata. The album, released in 2016, won Gold Medal for performance and Silver Medal for audio engineer, and also includes works by Finzi, Franck and Škerjanc.
